Orlando has for many years been a tourist haven, it is home to not just one, but two of the world's premier theme parks. As well as Disneyland, after all, Orlando is also home to the aquatic wonderland SeaWorld. But its popularity as a destination for travel goes far beyond just being a family tourist destination. As well as its beaches and its tropical climate, Orlando is a major destination for business travel from within the United States and beyond. This makes the hospitality trade a matter of huge importance in Orlando. In order to feed this trade, Orlando has over a thousand restaurants and many great hotels.

Given its location, it is perhaps no surprise that a major element of the culinary dealings of Orlando have to do with seafood.
